All of our trainers are Register of Exercise Professionals Level 3 certified, which means they’ve been trained in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. All of our trainers have taken a keen interest in Group Exercise and have furthered their understanding by taking additional courses. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to get fit at the right pace.
Mixed Martial Arts Fitness
Daniel has always had a keen interest in sport and has competed to a good level in many, so it’s no surprise that he went on to complete his qualification in Personal Training, Sports Massage and Nutritional Advice. Group Cycle is a passion of his and from that has completed the 300+ mile journey from London to Paris. He approaches his own training with patience and resolve and brings that same attitude to his clients.
